Whitelisting Dune Security in Netskope

Ensure Dune’s phishing simulation and training emails are properly delivered

This guide will help you whitelist Dune Security’s phishing URLs in Netskope. You will create a Custom URL List to ensure Dune’s phishing simulation and training emails are delivered properly, bypassing Netskope's default filtering.

Step 1: Create a Custom URL List

1. Navigate to Policies:
   • Go to Policies > Web > URL Lists.
2. Create a New URL List:
   • Click New URL List.
   • Name the list: DuneSecurity_CustomURLList.

3. Add the Following URLs:

   In the URL & IP Address field, enter the following domains:

   *.enterprise-support-desk.com
   *.action-required.com
   *.it-servicenow.net
   *.executive-mailsend.com
   *.digital365-outlook.com
   *.central-comms.com
   *.enterprise-staff-portal.com
   *.hr-notifications.com
   *.access-documents.com
   *.shipping-365.com
   *.enterprise-notification.com
   *.rewardstore24.com
   *.compliance-verification.com
   *.notify-360.com
   *.notify-outlook.com
   *.mailsend365.com
   *.system-notify.com
   *.enterprise-help-desk.com
   *.send-survey.com
   *.employee-support.org
   *.direct-notification.com
   *.internal-it-support.com
   *.enterprise-it-helpdesk.com
   *.corporate-account.com
   *.corporate-gmail.com
   *.sharepoint-fileshare.com
   *.privacy-postoffice.com
   *.compliance-network.com
   *.hr-notify.com
       

4. Save: Click Save.
5. Apply Changes: Click Apply Changes to implement the list immediately.

Step 2: Create a Steering Exception (if needed)

If the custom URL list does not work as expected, you can create a Steering Exception to bypass filtering for Dune Security URLs.

1. Navigate to Steering Configuration:
   • Go to Settings > Cloud Security Platform > Steering Configuration.
   • Select default tenant steering configuration or the applicable configuration.
2. Add a New Exception:
   • Click the Exceptions tab.
   • Click New Exception.
   • Add the same list of domains from Step 1 to ensure they bypass Netskope filtering.
3. Save and Apply: Save the exception and click Apply Changes.
