Or follow these detailed steps to seamlessly integrate Dune Watchtower into your Microsoft 365 environment:

1. Access Microsoft 365 Admin Center:
   • Navigate to Microsoft 365 Admin Center and log in using your admin credentials.
2. Locate Integrated Apps:
   • Select 'Admin' from the left panel to enter the Microsoft 365 admin center.
   • Use the search bar at the top and type "integrated apps" to locate the section.
3. Upload Custom Apps:
   • Within the Integrated Apps section, click on 'Upload custom apps'.
4. Select App Type:
   • Choose "Office Add-in" as the app type from the options provided.
5. Upload Manifest File:
   • Click on 'Upload manifest file (.xml) from device'.
   • Browse and select the manifest file provided by Dune Security.
   • Download manifest.xml
6. Assign Deployment Scope:
   • Assign the app to your "Entire organization" to ensure all users have access to Dune Watchtower.
7. Configure Reporting Destination (Dune-side)

Important: The abuse mailbox (destination for reported emails) is configured on the Dune backend and is not currently editable via the UI or Google.

• If you need to update the abuse mailbox (e.g., abuse@company.com):
• Submit a request to Dune Support
• Or contact your Solutions Engineer / account team
• The Dune Engineering team will update this value manually

Review and Deploy:

• Review your settings and click 'Deploy' to finalize the setup.

Once deployed, Dune Watchtower integrates seamlessly with your Microsoft 365 / Outlook environment (both desktop and mobile), providing enhanced monitoring and threat detection capabilities.
